Refund policy
10.1. Except as regulated in article 12 below, the CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the staff without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receipt, or from collection at the store, of the PRODUCTS purchased on the WEBSITE, provided that the products to be returned (hereinafter "RETURNED PRODUCTS") are intact, never worn, in particular underwear, complete with their original packaging, tags, stickers and labels as best regulated in following article 10.4.
10.2. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, even partial, the only expenses to be borne by the CUSTOMER will be those of returning the RETURNED PRODUCTS which must be done in a single solution.
10.3. If the CUSTOMER intends to exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in this article, he must:
- fill in the RETURN FORM, entering the numerical code of the product or PRODUCTS RETURNED, the reason for the return, specifying "for free withdrawal", as well as the indication of the IBAN code and of the current account holder if the payment was made in cash on delivery;
- contact a shipper of his choice and send, within the following 14 (fourteen) days from the communication via e-mail of the withdrawal.
In this case, the CUSTOMER assumes all responsibility in the event of loss or damage to the products themselves during transport up to the time of delivery.
10.4. All PRODUCTS are equipped with an identification tag, internal labels and their own packaging. Underwear clothing, in particular briefs, are fitted with an adhesive suitable for guaranteeing the hygiene of the garment. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal by the CUSTOMER, he has the right not to accept the return of RETURNED PRODUCTS that do not have the relative tag, internal labels and stickers and that have been used, worn, washed, damaged or altered in their characteristics essential and qualitative and of hygiene.
10.5. If the right of withdrawal is exercised following the methods and terms indicated in this article, the relative confirmation of acceptance of the RETURNED PRODUCTS will be sent to the CUSTOMER via e-mail and the expenses incurred will be reimbursed to the CUSTOMER via bank procedure. for the purchase of these products and for the related, and possible, shipping and delivery costs according to the methods and terms established and in any case, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the CUSTOMER's decision was informed to withdraw.
10.6. However, the staff may withhold the refund until it has received the RETURNED PRODUCTS or until the CUSTOMER has demonstrated that they have been sent back, depending on which situation occurs first.
