Shipping policy
8.1. Upon delivery of the PRODUCTS to the CUSTOMER by the carrier in charge of their transport, the CUSTOMER must check that the packaging used for transport is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even only in the sealing materials. Any anomalies must be reported immediately to the carrier upon receipt of the PRODUCTS, by indicating them in the delivery document.
8.3. In the case of cash on delivery payment, referred to in the previous article 7.3., at the time of delivery, exclusively to the recipient's address, the CUSTOMER must already have available, in Euros, the exact amount of the ORDER, including also of the shipping costs and of the additional cost foreseen for the chosen delivery method, as well as summarized in the ORDER CONFIRMATION. The courier will not accept cheques, nor will he be able to give change. In the event of a refund, it will still be necessary for the CUSTOMER to possess and therefore insert the IBAN code and the current account holder in the return form (hereinafter the "RETURN FORM").
